- Help customers solve technical issues via the help desk/skype/phone.
- Determine if issues reported by customers are system bugs or misconfigurations.
- Write new user documentation and help customers via community forums.
- Train customers via webinars and help videos.
- Build strong positive relationships with our customers.

- Solid interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated abilities to solve problems.
- Familiarity with HTML.
- Familiarity with the Linux command line.
