  • Help customers solve technical issues via the help desk/skype/phone.
  • Determine if issues reported by customers are system bugs or misconfigurations.
  • Write new user documentation and help customers via community forums.
  • Train customers via webinars and help videos.
  • Build strong positive relationships with our customers.


The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Solid interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated abilities to solve problems.
  • Familiarity with HTML.
  • Familiarity with the Linux command line.
